Today in studio: Gloss polymer varnish day. Last of three heavy varnish coats with lots of puddles. So far almost a gallon of @goldenpaints polymer varnish on this monster piece. Now lots of ventilation and a few days to dry. Some panel edge touch up and this 72” round “Circumference Series” piece will be ready to hang on the wall. . . No title yet - any suggestions for a title? . This new piece will be on display at Open studios. The 50th annual @icbartists event starts on this Friday November 30th and runs through Sunday December 2nd. Stay tuned for more art projects from Sausalito !! .. . . . . .
