In the studio: Another all black painting reworked and in the middle of multiple varnish coats - this is one of my original “Braided” series pieces. As mentioned before I like doing black pieces as part of any series. This 35” (89cm) round needs a few more gloss varnish coats to give the texture better depth and to highlight the flecks of color from the underpainting. . . . Art makes an excellent holiday gift!
