Today in the studio: A quick sanding to expose the paint edges a bit more in this cobalt coated experiment. Texture edges are scraped and sanded to highlight the underlying white paint skin patterns. This small gem was delivered today to a private collector in Santa Barbara Ca that discovered my work online. From the Circle Back Series. I generally work at these smaller sizes to experiment and explore new ideas.
