One of the two new pieces installed at Engel & Voelkers new office in Sausalito. The space is an old Sausalito firehouse with huge windows overlooking San Francisco Bay. This piece is a 84" (2.16m) round "Braided Flows" from the Braided series. Another painting "Denali" was installed in the boardroom on the 2nd floor. Today in the studio. Mixing gallons from sample sizes. Scaling color formulas to acrylic paint pouring formulas can be tricky. A bit of help from @goldenpaints with their gels and Gac mediums makes this process a lot easier. Consistent color, drying and gloss finish are the goals. . . .
