In the studio: Four different blues emerging in my current work in progress. All inspired by the calm and serene Ocean Park series by Richard Diebenkorn. What isn’t very calm or serene is the production mode for this WIP! As promised my IG feed is going to be rather boring and repetitive for next week. I’m going to be making lots and lots of these small paint pucks. This is a quick time lapse of about two hours of production time. This bit of serene blues in the studio is a complete juxtaposition to the tragedy out the window - as the state of California burns. . Trying to carve out a bit of time to process this unending series of disasters. . .
